KEVIN J. TUCKER
Kevin has held various roles with GE Capital Real Estate since 1999, and has a strong background in Structured Finance. His expertise spans the real estate financing capital structure, including construction financing, bridge debt, permanent loans, mezzanine debt, preferred equity, joint venture equity, and direct investment. Kevin has also worked as an Asset Manager for GE's debt and equity investments focused on creating and preserving value.
Kevin has originated and analysed over $23 billion worth of debt requests for GE. He has financed over $1.5 billion worth of real estate transactions, of which over $500 million was for self storage assets. He assisted GE in the disposition efforts of Storage USA, and has established relationships with self storage owners, operators and capital markets specialists throughout the United States and Australia.
Kevin graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and an MBA from the University of Southern California. In addition, he has been selected for and participated in numerous leadership / management training programs while at GE.
