Mr. Notaras, a principal at Altis Property Partners, has over 20 years experience in real estate investment management, joint ventures and financing.  Prior to forming Altis, Paul held the position of CEO Funds Management & Joint Venture Investment at Valad Property Group, an ASX listed company, and was a Director and Principal of ICA Property Group.  Prior to this he held a number of senior real estate finance roles including Managing Director at GE Capital Real Estate Australia.

While at GE, Paul was involved in the financing and recapitalization of a 12 property, $60 million portfolio for Millers Self Storage and a key executive involved in the acquisition and deal structuring of the Valad / Kennards joint venture that acquired the Millers Self Storage portfolio of 28 facilities for a total consideration exceeding $200 million in July 2004.  Paul was on the board of the joint venture that subsequently acquired sites comprising both existing facilities and development / redevelopment properties.  Paul successfully concluded the sale of Valad’s interest to the Kennards family in 2008.

Paul has a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Finance/Accounting) Macquarie University.

Mr. Snyder, currently Senior Vice President for Buchanan Street Partners, is responsible for sourcing and executing new investment opportunities for Buchanan’s discretionary funds.

Eric co-founded Buchanan Storage Capital (“BSC”) which was one of the leading brands in the self storage finance sector providing debt & equity to property owners throughout the United States.  BSC opened offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco, and Newport Beach, CA and created alliances with firms such as GE Capital and Royal Bank of Canada to provide a full spectrum of financial products to the self storage sector.  In the mid-1990’s, Eric Snyder arranged $60 million of GE Capital financing for Millers Self Storage of Australia.  Eric is a frequent speaker at self storage industry events in addition to writing articles for industry publications. He is a member of the national Self Storage Association as well as many state associations around the United States. 

Mr. Snyder is a licensed real estate broker and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Cal Poly Pomona University.
